What these terms cover

These terms apply to orders for custom-printed polyester tapestries placed on this website. The seller is Spiritual Rayat, in Ontario, Canada.

Your order

Each tapestry is made to order from the image you upload or the catalog design you choose, in one of six sizes, in landscape or portrait. The preview shows the size and the position of your image. Colours on a screen can differ from the printed result. An order for a catalog design is placed when you pay on Stripe's payment page. An order for an uploaded image is placed once we approve the image (see below).

Images you upload

We review every uploaded image before we print it. We may decline an image that does not fit the values of our store, or that we believe you do not have the right to print. When you pay for an uploaded image, your card is only held, not charged. We charge it once we approve the image. If we decline it, or do not review it before the hold ends, we release the hold and you are not charged.

You confirm that you own the image you upload, or have the right to have it printed, and that printing it does not break anyone's rights. If we have reason to think you do not, we may refuse the order and refund you.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Shipping is added at checkout where it applies.

Any sales tax is shown at checkout.

You pay on the Stripe payment page, which is shown in English. This site never receives or stores your card details. See our privacy policy.

Shipping

Free shipping on every size except 95 × 73 cm, which ships for CA$5 per order. Shipping time: 2 weeks. We ship to addresses in Canada.

Returns and refunds

Each tapestry is printed to order, so we can't accept returns for a change of mind. If your tapestry arrives damaged or misprinted, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll reprint it or refund you.

The text, layout and catalog designs on this site belong to the business or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Questions about an order: orders@example.com. If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
